It is a project of renovation of a building of 40 years, reinforced concrete, which originally housed storage spaces and office floors and residential space on the upper floors. The project is an upgrade of the building of the 2nd and 3rd to make habitable. The second phase of the project is set to convert the basement and 1st floor in commercial spaces. The division of space is to free up the space and make it very spacious. The 3rd floor is well lit and is home to the living space, while the second floor offers a relatively more private. An opening was made at the center of the 3rd floor and a large piece of furniture with built-in stairs are placed directly under it to create a flow line within the building. there is a landing which connects the upper floors to the lower ones. The window of the second floor looks like a long bay which is also found on the third floor trying to give to the elements added and existing parts a general sense of unity.
